The Suite Spot

This suite has a large living room furnished with a double sofa bed and two armchairs, a 42-inch plasma TV, air conditioning/heating, a kitchenette with ceramic hob, sink, fridge, microwave, toaster, crockery and cutlery, with a four-seater dining area, a private entrance and a small terrace with a table for four with chairs.

The bedroom has a king size bed (extra length), percale linen, desk/dressing table and plenty of wardrobe space and has both a ceiling fan, air conditioning/heating, hairdryer and a small TV. The large ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower, and complimentary bath products. There is free WIFI all over the place.

The Suite Spot can be linked to the Haven, through interleading doors, creating a 2 bedroomed private apartment. The apartment can accommodate 4 to 6 people and is perfect for a family vacation or for a couple staying for a long time who occasionally want to entertain guests or cater for themselves.

Poolside Place

Decorated in warm neutral tones, the room has a King-size XL bed, desk/dressing table and seating. The full en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower & complimentary bath products. Free wireless internet connection, TV, hairdryer, safe, small fridge and tea and coffee making facilities (Nespresso machine with capsules) are also provided.

The room has its own entrance and a small terrace with table, chairs and umbrella leading onto the pool terrace with a fantastic view of the Constantiaberg Mountains.

Haven

This elegantly appointed room is situated in the main house and does have a courtyard, it can be configured either as a king bed or two single beds (extra length). It also has a desk/dressing table. The private bathroom has a shower and bath products. Free wireless internet connection, streaming TV, hairdryer, ceiling fan, heater/air conditioning, safe, small fridge and tea and coffee making facilities are also provided. This room can be linked to the The Suite Spot through an inter leading door creating a two bedroom, two bathroom family suite. It can also be sold separately as a private room.

This room can be connected to the Suite Spot and the Courtyard room via a connecting door, creating a family suite with two to three bedrooms and two/three bathrooms.

Courtyard

This large, elegantly furnished room is located in the main house and features a kitchenette and a dining area with a sofa. Besides, it leads to a private courtyard. It can be configured as either a double bed or two single beds (extra length). It has a small writing/dining table. The private bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and toiletries. Other amenities include free WiFi, streaming TV, hairdryer, ceiling fan, heating/air conditioning, safe, small refrigerator, and tea and coffee making facilities. This room can be connected to next room Haven by a connecting door, creating a two bedroom, two bathroom family suite. Normally it is sold as a single room.

This room can be connected to the Suite Spot and the Haven room via a connecting door, creating a family suite with two to three bedrooms and two/three bathrooms.

Rosemary's Rest

Decorated in warm, neutral tones, this room has a king-size bed or twin beds (extra length), a writing/dressing table and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toiletries. The room has a private entrance and a terrace with table, chairs, parasol and offers a magnificent view of the Constantiaberg Mountains.

Studio Basil

This compact room is perfect for the businessman or single traveler. It has a king size bed,good wardrobe space, ensuite bathroom with shower and complimentary bath products. Air conditioning/heater, ceiling fan, free wireless internet connection, streaming TV, hairdryer and safe are also provided. It has a private entrance & a patio with table and chairs offering a view across the green belt to Muizenberg Mountain. This room is very private and cosy, the size is ideal for shorter stays.

Cancellation Policy

We require a deposit of 30% in order to confirm your booking.

In the event that a booking is cancelled for any reason, the following will apply:

*Please note that in the event a guest does not arrive on the stated date, the full value of the quoted room rate will be due (up to a maximum of five days).

Departures prior to the booked departure date will attract full payment of the quoted room rate for the originally booked dates (up to a maximum of 3 days in addition to the number of days the guest has already stayed).

It is advisable to ensure that your travel insurance covers you in case of loss, due to cancellation.

This policy overrides the Booking.com policy, that cannot accommodate our requirements.
